Dr. Elie M. Ferneini
MD, DMD, MHS, MBA, FACS, FACD
Dr. Elie Ferneini brings a wealth of surgical expertise and deep anatomical knowledge to Level Up Medical Aesthetics Institute. With dual qualifications in medicine and dentistry from the University of Connecticut, over 17 years of oral and maxillofacial surgical experience, and an MBA from Quinnipiac University, his career spans both clinical excellence and academic leadership. Maintaining a private practice at Ferneini Maxillofacial Surgical Institute and serving as Medical Director at Beau Visage Med Spa, Dr. Ferneini has cultivated extensive experience in the medical aesthetics field. He also holds positions as an Associate Clinical Professor in both the Department of Surgery at Quinnipiac University and the Department of Craniofacial Sciences at the University of Connecticut, emphasizing his dedication to education and mentorship. His contributions to numerous professional societies and editorial boards solidify his role as a leading figure in advancing medical and aesthetic practices.
Kati Midgley, PA-C
Owner of Clarity Medical Aesthetics in Guilford, CT
Kati Midgley, PA-C, brings over 25 years of experience to Level Up Medical Aesthetics Institute. Kati’s expert knowledge of facial anatomy, masterful technique, and artistry has solidified Clarity Medical Aesthetics as the number one medspa in all of CT. Kati and her team at Clarity are known for their dedication to patient education, and being the first to offer the latest, most advanced medical aesthetic treatments available.
As well as building her own successful practice, Kati has spent a large portion of her career as an educator of medical aesthetics. As a clinical trainer, Kati has personally trained over 6,000 providers in the medical aesthetic space. She is also a professional lecturer, and has been featured as a keynote speaker on both national and global stages.
Cynthia DeLott, MBA

Cynthia brings over 20 years of professional experience to her role as a strategic business leader at Level Up Medical Aesthetics Institute. With an MBA from Drexel University and a formative consulting background at Ernst & Young (EY), she has honed her expertise in value management and business transformation to drive growth and resolve complex challenges.
Her tenure at Allergan Aesthetics has deeply rooted her understanding of the medical aesthetics industry, empowering her to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Recognized for her strategic leadership and a proven track record in managing significant projects and startups, Cynthia’s analytical prowess ensures Level Up excels in innovation and sets new benchmarks in the dynamic field of medical aesthetics.
