Kati Midgley
Kati Midgley, PA-C, brings over 25 years of experience to Level Up Medical Aesthetics Institute. Her expert knowledge of facial anatomy, masterful technique, and artistry has solidified Clarity Medical Aesthetics as the number one medspa in all of CT. Kati and her team are known for their dedication to patient education, and being the first to offer the latest, most advanced treatments available.
As a clinical trainer, Kati has personally trained over 6,000 providers in the medical aesthetic space. She is also a professional lecturer, featured as a keynote speaker on both national and global stages.
Dr. Elie M. Ferneini
Dr. Ferneini brings a wealth of surgical expertise and deep anatomical knowledge to Level Up. With dual qualifications in medicine and dentistry from the University of Connecticut and over 17 years of oral and maxillofacial surgical experience, his career spans both clinical excellence and academic leadership.
He holds positions as Associate Clinical Professor in both the Department of Surgery at Quinnipiac University and the Department of Craniofacial Sciences at UConn, emphasizing his dedication to education and mentorship.
Cynthia DeLott
Cynthia brings over 20 years of professional experience to Level Up as a strategic business leader. With an MBA from Drexel University and a formative consulting background at Ernst & Young, she has honed her expertise in value management and business transformation to drive growth and resolve complex challenges.
Her tenure at Allergan Aesthetics has deeply rooted her understanding of the medical aesthetics industry, empowering her to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction across the organization.
Ashley Sebastian
Ashley brings a multidisciplinary background in design, marketing strategy, and business growth to Level Up. As the owner of Sebastian Brand Marketing and Co-Founder of Our Beauty Plan, she has spent the past several years helping aesthetic practices build brands that not only attract patients, but convert, nurture, and retain them for long-term, sustainable growth.
Working closely with medspas and aesthetic providers, Ashley focuses on translating vision into clear strategy — developing systems that support both patient experience and operational scalability. Her approach is rooted in practical execution, ensuring that marketing efforts don't just look good, but actually drive results.

The Pinnacle Center sits adjacent to Clarity Medical Aesthetics and is home to Level Up Medical Aesthetics Institute — where injectors of all skill levels come to learn, grow, and level up their practice.
